A few days ago I drove by this pizzeria and thought I would order from them one day. Well, today I placed an order for the first time. After an hour I called to find out the status of the delivery. It took another 15 minutes or so to be delivered. I received a cold pie and garlic knots. I called back and spoke to a young lady who placed me on hold so I could speak to her manager. The “manager " came on the phone and stated that her driver “came late” and that was the reason my food was cold. She said she was sorry and that was the end of the conversation. I was not trying by any means to get free food or money back. I just wanted a decent warm meal or possibly get a new delivery and send the cold one back. But no resolution was offered. I ended up reheating the food. But the first impression was not pleasant. I just would not order again from them.

I had an amazing experience at Charlie’s Pizza! The chicken Alfredo was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, creamy, flavorful, and served fresh. It’s definitely one of the best I’ve had\. The customer service was just as impressive!! Elizabeth and Charlie were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure everything was perfect and created the best 20mins of my life lol If you’re looking for great food and outstanding service, I highly recommend Charlie’s Pizza!! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very disappointed 😞. After joe sold and retired, we tried a few slices at Charlie's and was not happy with the old pizza that was served. So we decided to order a few pies to see again. I picked up a cheese pie and a chicken parm pie... the cheese pie looked and tasted like a $1 Pizza spot. Pizza made grande cheese does not look and taste like this. The chicken parm Pizza was so dry with little sauce (only blotches) that I had to open up a jar of sauce, so my kids wouldn't throw it away. I should have ordered the Margarita pie because my kids were saying that some influencers were saying that's the best Pizza in The Bronx....

I have been coming to Charlie's for about 2 to 3 months when I come see my mom at her physical therapy facility and I have to stop and get a slice , my nephew comes on the weekends with my sister and we have to get his pie to go home. It never gets home it's gone in the car. Great great pizza I must say, it's done to perfection, no drippy sauce no rubbery cheese, just done right. And Charlie and his staff wonderful treatment of us all. Thank you for good eating.

I stopped by this pizzaria and purchased a vegetable slice, a sicilian and 2 chicken ceasar salads. The slices were delicious and fresh. The salads were great too. If ever in the Bronx this place is definitely a must see. The music is awesome. FYI its right by the 1 train stop 231st.
